apple   Apple

Crop Yields: 457,900 tons, which is the first place in Japan.
Harvest season: Harvesting of the popular apple called “Fuji” is in November. Fuji apples are able to be shipped through the year by the technology of storage installation.
Nutrition: Pectin, Potassium, Polyphenol, Apple vinegar, Citric acid
Physical effects: relief of constipation, hypertension prevention, relief of edema, prevention of liver complaint, relief of fatigue, appetite improvement.

Crop Yields: 72,400 tons, which is the first place in Japan
Harvest season: Twice a year; late autumn (around November) and spring (after the snow melt)
