Introduction of Farm-stay

We mostly accept the students so that we are about the ages of their grandparents. I was taught by my grandfather about the importance of agriculture when I was a child. My grandfather always said “We cannot thrive without land, nature and lush greenery. We should not waste them.” Therefore we work on pesticide-free production and self-sufficiency.

We produce variety of vegetables such as soybeans, pumpkins, Goya (a bitter gourd), rice, apples, radish, carrots, spinach, Japanese mustard spinach, Japanese mustard, garland chrysanthemum etc. Each vegetable has different shape, size and different term of cultivation. You can find many things from nature. Everything is a living thing. You can recognize the importance of our life through nature. We also tell the story about wars as a part of education because the young generation does not know much about the war. Sometimes we tell the high school students about the agriculture in Europe.
