·Garlic Fried Rice

Ingredients for 2 people

  • Peppers
  • Garlic・・・2 pieces
  • Japanese leek・・・10cm
  • Fresh coriander・・・10 leaves
  • Sesame oil・・・28g
  • 1 raw egg
  • Rice・・320g

Sauce

  • Nam pla・・・14g
  • Salt and pepper

How to cook

  1. Mince a piece of garlic and slice another piece of garlic. Mince Japanese leek and stem of coriander. Cut the leaves of coriander into big pieces.
  2. Put sesame oil into a pan and cook sliced garlic until it gets crispy. After remove the crispy garlic, put minced garlic and add beaten egg and rice. Cook rice until it become not sticky.
    ※It would be better to add extra cooking oil when you cook rice.
  3. Add Japanese leek and coriander and put sauce for seasoning.
    Place fried rice into the dish and put crispy garlic and coriander on the top.

Ingredients for 2 people

  • Scallops・・・80g
  • Squid・・・1/2
  • Red paprika・・・40g
  • Yellow paprika・・・40g
  • Onion・・・100g
  • Garlic・・・1/2 piece
  • Rice・・・400g
  • Green pea・・・400g
  • Oil・・・17g
  • Butter・・・20g
  • Salt・・・5g
  • Pepper
  • Soy sauce・・・17g

How to cook

  1. Cut squid, red and yellow paprika and onion into dice.
  2. Put the butter in a pan and add minced garlic.
  3. Add rice in a pan and put salt , pepper and soy sauce and also add 1 and fry those.
  4. Add green pea at last and sauté again.
·Rice ball with garlic miso new

Ingredients for 2 people

  • Ground Chicken・・・50g
  • Garlic・・・1/2
  • Sesame Oil・・・2.5g
  • Sake・・・2.5g
  • Sugar・・・9g
  • Miso(Tsugaru miso)・・・18g
  • Sesame・・・1g
  • Rice・・・53g
  • Salt

How to cook

  1. Cook rice and grate garlic.
  2. Put sesame oil in a pan or Chinese wok and fry ground chicken.
  3. Add sake and sugar and fry it again.
  4. Add grated garlic and miso and mix at the low heat.
  5. Put 4 in the tray and cool down.
  6. Add garlic miso with rice and make rice balls.
  7. When you make rice balls put some salt in your hands and put sesame on rice balls.
·Rice Gruel with Garlic new

Ingredients for a person

  • Rice・・・150g
  • Water・・・150cc
  • Powder of Chicken stock・・・3g
  • Grated garlic・・・1 or 2 pieces of garlic
  • Minced ginger・・・ 7g
  • Salt・・・2g
  • An egg
  • Green onion

How to cook

  1. If the rice is cold, warm rice with microwave. Grate garlic, mince ginger and cut green onion into tiny pieces.
  2. Put water, powder chicken stock, garlic and ginger in a pod and boil it.
  3. If the water is boiled, add rice and salt. It the rice becomes rice gruel, add beaten egg and green onion.
·Japanese-inspired spaghetti with Enoki mushrooms, garlic and tuna new

Ingredients for 2 people

  • Spaghetti for 2 people
  • Enoki mushroom・・・1 bag
  • A can of tuna
  • A piece of garlic
  • Soy sauce・・・17g
  • Olive oil・・・14g
  • Salt and pepper

How to cook

  1. Boil the spaghetti (cook al dente).
  2. Cut the stem of Enoki mushrooms and cut those into small pieces.
  3. Mix tuna with grated garlic and soy sauce.
  4. Sauté Enoki mushrooms with olive oil until wilted. Add tuna and sauté again.
  5. Add 3 to boiled spaghetti and little bit a cooking liquid. Add salt and soy sauce if you need.
·Garlic pasta with freshwater clams new

Ingredients for 2 people

  • Clams…200g
  • Pasta…200g
  • Garlic…2 pieces (about 20g)
  • Shimeji mushroom…150g
  • Guinea pepper…1 piece (about 0.5g)
  • White wine…26cc
  • Salt…5g
  • Olive oil…28g
  • Leftover pasta water…300cc

How to cook

  1. Boil pasta with 1.5l of water dissolved 2.5g of salt.(boil in appropriate time)
  2. Cut off the stem of Shimeji mushrooms and tear the mushrooms with hand into half if those are big.
  3. Cut guinea pepper into quarter and remove seeds from inside.
  4. Slice the garlic and fry them with cut guinea pepper using 13g of olive oil till fragrance appears.
  5. Cover the frying pan with the lid and boil till clam shells open. After the clam shells are opened, add all of boiled pasta into the pan.
    Put all of salt and olive oil, and then blend them well.
